We are currently assisting a Vertically Integrated Textile Manufacturing Company for identifying CEO for their unit in Faridabad.

About the Company :

One of the largest garment manufacturer and exporter of India since early - 90s. Building upon its strength in state-of-the-art fabric process house with a Production capacity of 42 million meters per annum, Weaving facility with a capacity of 7 million meters per annum.

The recent implementation of the most modern weaving plant is just one of the steps towards fulfilling the dream to offer complete fabric solution to its- customers at the right price and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

- Able to control the Operations of 25 to 30 lakhs mtrs per month from weaving to end product of composite unit.

- To Handle Textiles Operations & Techno-Commercial, strategy planning, Team Management

- Effective Utilization of plant & machineries, Budget, PPC, Utilities, Quality, Handled Manufacturing of Textile plant per day capacity & Utilities

- To Establish the Quality and to achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.

- To Set the MIS and Commercial Department along with PPC for analyzing, monitoring and controlling all achievement as per requirement of Management.

- To ensure Customer's satisfaction through quality improvement and timely delivery, departmental administration.

- To ensure growth and development of staff member and workmen through training, introduction of different quality standard and system, liaison with marketing.

Desired Profile:

- Candidate from textile mill industry.

- Good knowledge of Processing, weaving, dyeing, printing, sourcing, Fibers, Dyes, Fabrics, Garments & machineries.

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Must have worked with larger companies.

- Must be not be more than age of 45-48 years

- Compensation CTC is Open

Experience / Qualifications:

- Textile / Engineering graduate from reputed institute with 15+ years of experience. Should have worked as a VP/COO in a large Textile mill having a dyeing plant.

Or

CFO with hands on experience for last 15+ years in Textile mills having a weaving and Dying Plant.
