Role & responsibilities:
- Achieve business objectives
- Overall responsibility of top line, bottom line and P&L
- Review / drive implementation of overall technology architect for streamlining business processes to maximize the service quality
- Review the effectiveness of relationship with key stakeholders (e.g. Village Level Entrepreneurs / Common Service Centers / various autonomous & Government bodies who are into rural socio-economic development) and bring desired level of effectiveness
- Innovate appropriate products & services to scale up the volume & value of business and lead the existing the team to penetrate into new territories
- Strategy in reducing the cost of operation by leveraging on technology and increase performance / productivity. Lead & guide the team in bringing operational excellence in all spheres of activities. Review and introduce the desired systems & processes.
- Exhibit inspiring leadership while delegating tasks to heads of business verticals / departments / functions
- Initiate organization development initiatives and introduce effective people practices

Candidate Profile:
Qualification : MBA (Marketing)
Experience : 20 - 25 years
Industry Experience : Technology / E-commerce / Telecom / FMCG - a combination of at least any two of the above
