Chief Executive Officer - Startup

CEO

1) Work closely with the founder to realise the vision of the company.

2) Handle day to day operations or as required.

3) Grow the business from it's current e-commerce channel to newer formats - physical stores.

4) Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings

5) Strengthen the existing team, mentor and supervise

6) Support the founder in fundraising activities, help prepare for investor meets.

As a 3 year old startup, help build the company in terms of revenues, venture into different formats, grow the brand, grow the industry etc etc. Being just 3 years old, we want people with entrepreneurial spirit to be a part of the team.

Other requirements:

1) Ideally a post graduate

2) 10-15 years of work experience, ideally the last 4-5 in a leadership role.

3) Startup experience is desirable.

Compensation: Compensation will be a mix of fixed cost and ESOPs.
