Job Description for the Chief Executive Officer

Position Title: CEO

Reports to: Executive Director and the Board

Job Purpose:

To deliver the Toplines and Bottom Lines (both critical) for the Solar & LED portable energy verticals of Company

Job Dimensions

- The CEO serves as chief executive of Company and is responsible for the success of the organization.

- Integrating the brands Solar space with LED space into one company,

- Building the company into one of the top 3 players in Solar and LED energy.

- The job reports in to the Board of Company. The Board delegates responsibility for management and day-to-day operations to the CEO, and s/he has the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the direction and policies established by the Board.
