Job Purpose : The CEO for India Operations will be a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth
The ideal candidate will : Have a proven track record of strategic leadership, business development, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape. This role requires a visionary leader who can formulate and execute a comprehensive business strategy, foster key partnerships, and ensure operational excellence to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for [Company Name] in the Indian market.
- Provide visionary leadership to align the organization with the company's mission and goals.
2. Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to high- quality standards.
- Implement best practices to optimize business processes and enhance operational excellence.
3. Business Expansion:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
4. Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their professional development.
5. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Implement cost-effective measures and monitor financial performance against targets.
6. Customer Satisfaction:
- Champion a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the customer success team to address customer needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive leadership role, preferably in the technology/software industry.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles, focusing on growth and market expansion.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and expanding market presence in India and Asia and dealing with the US and UK markets.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape and market dynamics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Track record of successful business development, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
