Chief Executive Officer - Social Impact Firm - Primary Education

Our Client, a young, fast-growing Social Impact organization, aims to develop school leaders who drive high-performing schools that commit to academic achievement and character development of children from underserved communities. Our Client are the only organization in the country focused on leadership training that works with government schools and budget private schools, and are promoted by some of the leading education-focused investors and philanthropic funds present in India.

The organization is looking for a CEO who will lead the evolution from its current stage to a more mature organization capable of delivering on its long term strategic vision. Specifically, s/he will ensure that the nonprofit's fiscal, operations, fundraising, marketing, human resource, technology, and programmatic strategies are effectively implemented across all segments of the organization.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- Providing strategic vision and leadership in collaboration with the Board of Directors, while ensuring that the budget, staff and priorities are aligned with the core mission.

- Leading comprehensive marketing, branding and development strategies to ensure a flow of funds adequate to achieve the organization's mission objectives.

- Building a strong and effective organization.

- Directing Program Development for increased efficiency and consistency, and rationalization of program delivery.

We are looking for astute business leaders with a strong educational background, experience in scaling business units, and a strong desire to impact the quality of primary education in the country.
