CEO - Senior operations / Delivery Role:

Experience Band - 18 to 24 years with Strong communication, delivery/operations management, team handling & customer management skills.

Qualification - BE (IT/CS)/MCA/MBA with technical exposure to Microsoft & Open Source stack.

Certifications desired: PMP, Scrum, Six Sigma etc.

Reporting to: COO

General Profile skillsets:

- Exposure to managing operations / delivery of considerable size of operations

- Owning up delivery as per the project metrics with the senior team

- Managing customer engagement for delivery, governance and overall customer satisfaction

- Exposure to handling pressure delivery situations and troubleshooting

- Exposure to process compliance and external audits

- Driving resource planning and resource management

- Involved in team's Learning and Development planning

- Involved in tracking and driving initiatives for optimal productivity and utilization

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Project Budgeting & compliance

- Engage actively in Resource Planning & recruitment process

- Review & Approve Project related plans & documents related to QMS & ISMS

- Engage with PMO & Guide them on process compliance

- Identify & Manage Project Risks and Opportunities

- Project Tracking & Monitoring - ensure Delivery ownership

- Ensure Project Compliance with QMS (ISO 9k) & ISMS (ISO 27k)

- Manage organization level metrics & measurements

- Review Billings & track AR

- Pre-sales support in estimations, proposal generation

- Review proposals and SOW for estimates, approach and coverage

- Customer engagement through active reviews and governance and account growth

- Manage Proposals, SOW/Purchase orders, NDA and other customer documents

- Manage & engage in the Performance Management process

- Engage in mentoring & Team's Learning & Development and career development programs

- Work with HR closely on various people aspects for better retention

- Drive new initiatives for effective operations in the organization

- Responsible for Overall productivity and utilization
