- As a CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing school operations, driving the growth of the business, and ensuring efficient business operations.
What you need to do :
- Providing visionary leadership to the organization, setting clear goals and driving the team towards achieving them.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of K12 schools, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to quality standards.
- Developing and executing strategies to expand the business, identify new opportunities, and maximize revenue growth.
- Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration.
- Implementing performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to measure the organization's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school partners, investors, and educational authorities.
- Staying updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to make informed business decisions.
- Managing financial resources effectively, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently to support various initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to the education sector.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and strengthen the brand presence in the region.
What you need to have :
- MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputable university.
- Proven track record of 15+ years in managing and leading successful business operations, preferably in the K12 education segment.
- Demonstrated experience in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to perform at their best.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound financial acumen and budget management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the education landscape in North India would be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the North India region
