This operation is new division / venture

- focused on Technology for HRM / People productivity

The initial offering is a cloud / AI based software for

Talent / Culture Analytics, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

The Group is a constituent member of Global TOP 40 Executive Search network with 40+ offices in the Americas, Europe / Middle East / Africa and Asia-Pacific.

The Assignment (The Role / Job Description):

To independently, set up, manage & GROW the HRM technology Business in India & Area - profitably

a) Build an organization to drive the business in India

b) Lead a team comprising of key functionaries including Zonal Sales Heads (BD & Service), HR Domain Specialist, Implementation Consultants / systems integrators for SuccessFactors or similar

c) Marshal optimally the organization's resources to deliver business goals

d) Coordinate with principal's office in USA / Mexico

e) P & L Responsibility

The Person (Candidate Details):

A) Experience

i) 45 - 50 years

ii) Engg + MBA preferred

iii) At least 10 years as Sales / Business Head in an HRM Enterprise Software / Solutions business eg SuccessFactors

iv) Experience and exposure to implementation of SuccessFactors or similar HRM - a very definite advantage

v) Long cycle Enterprise / HR solutions selling essential

vi) Exposure to HR Services / HR Solutions / Staffing will be an advantage

vii) Experience in leading Businesses / start-ups, international collaborations: B2B

viii) Experience in developing franchise network for the business

ix) Strong relationships with CEOs, CHROs, Leadership development heads will be a preferred / advantage

x) Entrepreneurial / Start up experience is highly desirable.
