Chief Executive Officer - Risk Analytics Domain

- He should be 20 years experience of techno-commercial experience in Risk Analytics domain.

- Need to have customer connections, implemented leading Analytics solutions with key clients, and have knowledge of its application in Enterprise Risk Management, IFRS, Insurance sector, Banking, Anti-money Laundering.

- Experience in establishing and growing SAS/IBM/SAP/Oracle practice and leading teams.

- He should be able to form a core team to run the Analytics Practice with a clear growth vision, share an business plan to grow an business from scratch to INR30CR.

- Understands what analytics service business.

- Experience in business P&L, strategy planning and execution to deliver high customer satisfaction, maintain partner relations, strengthen Channels & Alliances, attract key talent work with the Board of Directors to establish short-range and long-range business plan that deliver 2X growth, champion innovative practices, policies, processes, systems that will strengthen the three pillars of our business: Culture, People, and Revenue to grow the Analytics Practice.

Qualification: Degree in Business administration, Statistics, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
