CEO - Residential Real Estate

- Country Head (CEO/COO) of a leading real estate firm focusing on residential and commercial asset classes with an international partner on board. CEO/COO would work very closely with all HOD's and international stake holders.

- As a CEO/COO you would take care of all core functions and report into Chairman and board of directors who are based out of global office.

- The firm is also planning to get into other real estate asset classes such as commercial, retail, industrial warehousing, but at present major focus is residential asset class on Pan-India level.

Idea candidate :

Should have strong P&L/COO/CEO level experience in residential real estate

Firms: Leading residential developers (Tier-1)

Education from tier-1 school is a big plus but not mandatory

Work experience : 12-25 yrs

Location : Anywhere from India/Abroad

- Strong P&L operations experience in residential real estate is a must alongside managing sales, CRM marketing, construction, architecture, property management, finance, etc.

- Experience in retail or commercial real estate will not be applicable

- Team management and leadership experience

- HOD's of any specific departments will not be suitable for this role
