MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:  1) Responsible for overall P&L of the Company.  - The CEO is responsible for the financial results of the company as per the set plan.  - He has to take risk mitigating measures to ensure delivering on the plan.  - He has to ensure the Revenue Growth and the Profitability is achieved as per the plan at the end of the year.  2) Formulate the business plans for the company and achieve the same.  - The CEO in consultation with the functional heads has to draw out the annual business plan for the year  - He has to ensure timely course correction is taken to meet the business plans.  3) Set the overall vision, strategy and direction for the company.  - Create the Vision Document for the Organisation.  - Create the Mission Statement.  - Ensure the Values of the organisation is always upheld.  - Create the strategic road map to achieve the results.  - Chalk out the Goals and Objectives for each function.  4) Ensure effective implementation of the strategy for achievement of profitability targets.  - Ensure the organisation is aligned in all respects to achieve the organisational goal.  - Periodically monitor performance of each function with respect to the plan.  - Ensure optimum utilisation of all resources to achieve the goals.  5) To build a sustainable organisation in a dynamic market environment.  - To build company as a sustainable growth oriented organisation which grows every year.  - To ensure rapid growth of the business through Strategic tie-ups  6) To identify appropriate opportunities of investment and advise the Board on the same.  - To review investment decisions, conduct due diligence and propose to the board.  - To decide along with the Executive Management Team- best use of land parcels and advise on the same to the Board.  7) Shall be responsible for identifying alliance partners for JV's.  - To scout for JV's with Construction companies or other strategic partners eg. Hotels and Resorts.  8) Ensure Best practices are followed in all functions like Operations, Project Management, Finance, IT and HR.  - To ensure all legal compliances prevalent in India.  SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE  A. Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Degree in Engineering with MBA in Marketing.   B. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:  1. Relevant Experience: at least 10 - 15 years  2. Total Experience: 15-20 years.  C. Functional Skills:  1. Real Estate Industry knowledge -   2. Business acumen  3.
