Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Profile:

The CEO will be required to perform all duties as per the governing laws, regulations, contracts and bylaws. He should be committed to providing an inspiring and effective leadership while administering, directing and coordinating all activities of the group towards the fulfillment of the Group's values, mission, strategy, and the achievement of its annual goals and objectives.

The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as managing director of corporate operations and as the main link between the different divisions within the company.

In nutshell, the Job profile will be overlooking and ensuring the efficient functioning of all companies of the Group. The responsibilities will majorly include but not be limited to the supervision of Finance and Operations. Major Liasoning activities will also be undertaken by this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning - The CEO will evolve new business models and drive strategy to complement new growth initiatives. He will be responsible for developing the short-term and long-term strategic plan for the Group and its offered services along with future expansions. He will direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors.

- Financial responsibility (P&L, ROI etc): The CEO will be responsible for making the entire Group companies financially robust by increasing topline, strengthening bottomline and achieving & maintaining healthy EBITDA margins. The CEO will work closely with the CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment and return.

- Brand Management: The CEO will be responsible for ensuring high brand image of the Group companies which would have a direct impact on our market size. He would be expected to have a strong relationship with the Govt. officials, IRCTC and other outside organizations. He will represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings.

- Operations & Management: CEO will be responsible for the overall operations of all the group companies. He will need to ensure optimum operational efficiency of the unit by coordinating with various functional leaders & Govt. officials to achieve proficiency and maximize external & internal customers' satisfaction.

- Legal compliances: The CEO will ensure the all group companies comply with local, state and central laws and regulations. He will ensure that there are minimum legal cases on various group companies and existing ones are finished in minimum time frame. The CEO will handle the top level Liasoning activities in the entire group himself and will drive the middle level Liasoning activities through the team.

Qualification & Experience:

- Dynamic and experienced leader with strong financial acumen.

- A Master's degree (e. g., Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration) is a must.

- Over 15+ years of directly related experience, out of which at least 5 years of experience should be in the same capacity. Experience of working with Railways / Railway food catering will be given preference.

- Excellent Communication skills.
