The role :
- A nearly post covid market while it created turbulence it has also opened the doors for opportunities. The incumbent needs to bring in 18+ years of quality experience in the restaurant industry.
- You should have been a part of the journey of significant brands during their establishment and growth journey.
- Leading a large team, you would set the strategy for digitalization, drive online sales, look at new investments, drive the P&L, revenue growth and build strong capable teams. Develops clear value creation plans (themes, initiatives, sequence, pace, balance of performance and health efforts) that encompass the company's Key Priorities.
- Successfully mobilizes required resources across the company to deliver on the plan (right number and capabilities at right time).
- Develops a compelling story for the Company's transformation journey, develops a robust communications plan around it, and executes the plan to create energy for change. Supports Theme and Initiative leaders progress and achieve the impact of theme and initiatives.
- Drive engagement with the Board, Mobilizes a network of change agents to assist in the transformation journey and cultural change of the company.
Must have:
- You need to bring strategic and operational leadership in the restaurant business.
- Ability to take the business to the next level and make a future-fit organization.
- Preference for candidates who have had experience in developed markets as well
