1. Productivity monitoring and improvement and Business Development MDO 2. Knowledge to participate in government tenders and bit contracts in mining space of coal and iron ore 3. Liasioning with various Government Agencies for Statutory compliance, as well as with TBIA for coordination among neighbouring industries. 4. Ensure adequate controls on site related to execution of mining contract. 5. Ensure compliance of various rules and regulations under laws applicable to Mining. 6. Ensure full responsibility to achieve contract on costing and viability of the project. 7. Ensure full commitment to setup the entire establishment on site . 8. Should have experience minimum of 15 yrs in Mining background. 9. Developed relationship between Sites and Head office. 10. Target to achieve and operate Mining Contract size of + 500 crore
