- Proactive search for new educational partners who will be interested to open up an organization franchise campus
- Pitching the organization business model to them and opening new campuses across India as per Annual Operating Plan
- End-to-end negotiations for LOI Agreement
- Build and lead a team to accomplish the above

- Very strong experience on Preschools expansion.
- Should be highly motivated and excited about setup chain of Preschool branches across south India.
- Should work with the founders to devise growth strategies and help bring their vision to life
- Collaborate with the management team for the formulation of strategies and plans for growth.
- Analyze the markets, market trends, company s strengths & weaknesses for the strategies.
- Build Go-To-Market strategies
Required Candidate profile :-
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- An MBA Degree from Top 10 B Schools is also a must - IIMs, XLRI, NM, ISB
- Well-versed in current technological trends & preschool business concepts.
- Fast, focused, and committed individuals with an ability to lead a team
- Can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving work environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
- Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity and creativity and promote an open culture in the team
- Flexible to travel
