Chief Executive Officer - P&L - Paints/Sanitaryware/Building Material Industry

Qualification : Engineer / MBA from premier/reputed institutes.

CTC : CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidates.

Location : Metro

Responsibility :

- The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company.

- Will be responsible for driving the growth and productivity of the company as a Pan India

- Candidate should have strong exposure of P&L Business.

- Should have sizeable contributions made in each of the stints organizations are having aggressive growth plans.

Experience :

- 20+ years of experience in sales & marketing out of which 3- 5 years of P&L in the role of CEO in a progressive Oganisation from Building Material, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Ceramics, Flooring, Window, Bathroom Fittings, Cement, Construction Chemical, Plywood, Plastic Manufacturing ,Consumer Electricals, Pipes and Building Solutions sector.

- P&L experience is must at preferably a person who is handling P&L responsibility and has worked in huge growth & competitive environment from a reputed companies in marketing, sales, brand management, NPD and product development.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
