It stocks and sells wide range of Pharmaceutical and Lifestyle products.   Job Responsibilities  - Develop an aggressive business plan for the client in India that ensures attainment of company revenue and profitability targets.  - Plan, design and achieve budgets (2.5x by 2021), EBIDTA margins, & ROCE in line with the company's mission.   - Be responsible for achieving the agreed level of profitability.  - Drives a customer focus culture which ensures customer satisfaction & profitable growth.  - Responsible for the performance and development of the Management Team members.   - Scale up the manpower by 5x in the next 2 years in order to be sufficiently manned to achieve the mission 2021.  - Design and implement a franchisee model which will enable the brand to have a store presence of more than 4x by 2021.  - Tracks and analyses financial matrices and KPI's to manage business and provides timely feedback to the Board regarding performance using agreed reporting formats.  - Increase the overall basket of offerings from each store by continually scouting for profitable alliances that are out of the box but synergistic with the overall brand (the entire gamut of products, both national and international).   - Responsible for enabling &/or building the client's online platform that scales up to be equivalent to its offline revenues by 2021.  - Looking for strategic geographical expansion through self and/or franchise models.  Candidate Profile  - Minimum 15 years of total experience of which minimum 8 years of experience in senior management roles with a track record of profitable growth and business scale-up.  - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.  - Strong communication and negotiation skills.  - Proven leadership and ability to drive an organisation to profitable growth.  - High on Integrity.  - A self-starter who needs minimal supervisory control, Entrepreneurial mind-set with a high degree of passion and drive.  - Should be open to change and align culturally to the values of the organisation.  - Strong with People Management. Ability to build, motivate and manage a team effectively.  - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high degree of multi-tasking.  - Should be a customer focused and goal driven. Along with that s/he should be able to integrate with system and process oriented.
