Chief Executive Officer - Personal Loans - NBFC

We have an opportunity for a leadership position for a role of CEO - Personal Loans with the leading NBFC based in Mumbai.

Job Description -

Financial

- Ensure achievement of key business goals by driving key organizational initiatives

- Ensure mitigation of key organizational risks by driving task forces

- Drive achievement of bottom line targets for Personal Loan Division

- Balance capital requirements and returns to boost the Personal Loan Division valuation and market capitalization in the long term by working closely with the Chief Financial Officer

- Facilitate finalization of capital structure and funding options / sources by guiding the Chief Financial Officer

- Ensure effective fund inflow by supporting the Finance team to finalize on private equity investors, banks and other lending institutions

- Innovate appropriate products &services to scale up the volume and value of business and lead the existing team to penetrate into new territories

- Develop the long term and mid-term business plan for the organization

- Develop the annual business plan and strategy for Personal Loan Division, approve functional business plans

Customer

- With the chair, enable the Board to fulfill its governance function

- Manage the Board of Directors on a half yearly basis to provide performance update, share business plans and forecasts and seek guidance for ensuring approval for specific resolutions

- Review the effectiveness of relationships with Key Stakeholders (eg. Village Level Entrepreneurs / Common Service Centres / Various Autonomous &Government Bodies who are into Socio-Economic Development) and bring desired levels of effectiveness

- Actively engage shareholders for communicating business plans, progress update, significant changes within the organization and any Personal Loan Division communication relevant to their interest

- Promote the Personal Loan Division brand through written articles, personal appearances in industrial forums/ conferences and media

- Ensuring that relevant Customer relationship management programs are implemented to enable customer satisfaction

- Act as the key spokesperson of Personal Loan Division for external communication and strategic internal communication

Internal Processes

- Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations

- Ensure long term value creation by making necessary organizational changes to benefit from changing market and regulatory trends

- Lead development and periodic review of Personal Loan Division annual business plan as per market and competitive landscape

- Ensure anytime compliance with regulatory stipulations through periodic reviews of operating processes and chairing the relevant committees

- Ensure that organization level priorities are executed by all the function heads; provide them with feedback and strategic guidance as required

- Align with Corporate for rolling out Policies & Procedures from time to time.

Learning and Growth

- Lead Talent Committee to provide overall direction to the employer value proposition and various talent management activities

- Facilitate with senior team all large scale interventions, organization change and management and culture building initiatives

- Lead and guide the team in building operational excellence in all spheres of activities, review and introduce the desired systems and processes.

- Ensure roll-out of Performance Management System across Personal Loan Division to evaluate performance of senior executives in terms of contributions towards Personal Loan Division objectives and compliance with established policies
