Chief Executive Officer - Operations - Pharma

1. The geographies he should have worked in are MIDDLE EAST/NORTH AFRICA/ EAST OR SOUTH AFRICA or other emerging markets

2. Pharma experience

3. Should be ready to move with the family or at least a partner

4. Age should be 40+

5. Should have worked as a CEO in a mid to large organization.

6. Should be a leader not a manager

7. Should have managed diverse teams in terms of age, gender, culture

8. Should have a broad knowledge of marketing and sales and understanding of finance , corporate governance, human resource and pharma production. (and management skills)

9. Should be fluent in English
