Position Title: CEO - Office Goods Based at: Head Office Mumbai Position reports to: Executive Director Role overview: Managing P&amp;L for Office Products business which had a current turnover of 200 Crores. Key Responsibilities: - Represent our major customers - Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction - Establishes credibility throughout the organization and with the board as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. - Organize the business by selecting and developing key executives and successors, assigning accountabilities, objectives and priorities to such executives and monitoring and evaluating results of such executives. - Identify and implement new areas of opportunities - Develop and manage the business plan, and annual budgets for marketing, operations, and technology, and shall ensure that the budgets are adhered to - Implement best practices in the Factory in terms of Quality, HSE &amp; Processes to improve efficiency of Production - Drives the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives. - Spearheads the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. - Analyse and assesses the effectiveness of all existing operations and current needs based on new technology and market competition Competencies 1.
