Looking for a suitable candidate for a new business for Office Furniture Division.

Desired Candidate should have sufficient Experience to build a profitable business & start the same from scratch. Should have the experience of outsourcing of office furniture items. In first phase we only want to do trading business. He should be from furniture industry.

Should have managed operations in furniture industry in the senior Management capacity.

A strong leader, having exposure at the following:

1. The Candidate should possess in depth knowledge of office furniture industry segments.

2. He should have experience of outsourcing / marketing / co-ordination with architect / costing / design / site management of projects.

3. He should also have experience in setting up of Manufacturing unit / Raw material and plant sourcing, technical know-how / designs etc.

4. Setting strategy and direction- Setting the direction. Deciding which geography & markets will the company enter in, decide product lines. Deciding how will the company differentiate itself, Setting budgets, form partnerships, and hiring a team to steer the company accordingly.

5. Modelling and setting the company's culture. Building the right culture & setting of the business model for furniture industry

6. Building and leading the senior executive team. He should be able to lead the team effectively. Build Engaged & Productive team through strong leadership.

7. Allocating capital to the company's priorities. Set budgets to fund Strategic projects.

8. Designing the Business Strategy

9. Drive & Monitor Business Strategy for the Operations in India

10. Profitability whilst promoting Operational Excellence

11. Develop Business Processes

12. Control Mechanism

13. Meet Turnover & Net Profit targets for the Financial year

14. Liasoning & synergise with group companies & resources to customize value proposition to target customers

15. The desired candidate should have deep understanding of the industry & Markets

16. Should be forward thinking with changing technologies.

17. The candidate should also have good knowledge of Supply Chain Management & Marketing/Business Development.
