Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Non-Profit Organization - Deepstambh vision is Empowering through quality Education so We are looking for a Passionate CEO who has Desire to contribute, serve and do impactful work for the society . - Build a sustainable model for encouraging &amp; delivering effective philanthropy by creating and building long term relationships with Success Partners. The role is to Cultivate a network of influential leaders from business, academia, and civil society in India and globally who can act as partners, advisers, and ambassadors for the new organization. CEO has overall responsibility for management, growth and sustainability of Deepstambh NGO. CEO will be leading the organization to provide strategic vision, ensuring that the growth potential is realized, actively promoting individual and corporate philanthropy, building Deepstambh India brand in India and globally, and organically shaping the organization to deliver with impact. As a CEO the key Must have is to establishing functions such as NGO Credibility, capacity building and Advisory; Corporate Advisory; grant making; change management, business development; and a robust marketing and communication division focusing on promoting org brand; creating an online giving platform . - Roles &amp; Responsibilities: Inspire philanthropic support from private individuals and foundations, both within India and globally, in order to raise the resources necessary to meet our Targets. - Grow and manage a high-performing team to execute the Deepstambh strategy. - Develop and sustain partnerships with key Indian institutions including universities, think tanks, and other NGOs; - Raise the new organization's profile within India including through public communication and thought leadership (e.g., media appearances; expert panels and other speaking engagements; blogs, op-eds and other articles; etc.); - Represent the new organization in meetings with high-level government officials, business executives, NGO leaders, and other key stakeholders both in India and on the global stage. Must Haves: - Deepstambh will prefer a candidate who is a `SPECIALLY- ABLED- &amp; confident, dynamic, entrepreneurial, with a results-oriented and strategic vision and READY TO inspire confidence - and support among high-level policy makers, leaders in business, academia, and civil society, and philanthropists. - Experience scaling up a non-profit enterprise in India is good to have. - Charismatic presence and confidence as a public speaker, and successful experience engaging with policy makers, regulators, elected officials and other key stakeholders - Graduate degree or higher in a relevant field with at least 12-15 years of experience in similar industry is must.
