Chief Executive Officer - NBFC/FinTech

We are cash rich, profit making, well-funded company solving problems in FinTech domain in India & overseas. Currently, we have an approval from the RBI to offer account aggregation services.

And in a verge of setting up subsidiary entity which will make impact NBFC market in India.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- You will be on boarded as 1st employee of this business unit & will be face of an organization to RBI to get final approval account aggregation services commercially

- Ensure adherence to the proposed Personal Data Protection Act, raise the compliance bar for the industry

- Develop a strategic plan for company, mapping key stakeholders, sources of value, and strategic levers

- Make company A most trusted, secure, and reliable data fiduciary trusted by millions of users and hundreds of institutions

- Develop world class internal governance standards, working with the board and other stakeholders

- Manage regulatory, ecosystem, and other relationships to grow the ecosystem

Performance Metrics :

- Secure approval from RBI

- Establish relationship with Banks/ NBFC in India

- User acquisition, retention, monetization

- Own the P&L

- Maintain good Governance standards & regulatory

Values :

- At least 10+Years of hands on experience in leadership roles

- Enterprise mind set or Serial enterprises with an ability to work on unknown ideas

- Proven ability in successful running shows in highly regulated environment

- Must be from B2B segments
