Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

- Formulate the new vision, business strategy, objectives & drive growth for market expansion.

2. Operational Management:

- Monitor operational efficiency, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure financial stability, pivoting on online business.

3. Content Strategy and Quality:

- Provide guidance and innovative direction for the channel's content strategy and programming decisions, having a perspective on multiple genres and user generated content.

4. Audience Engagement and Market Positioning:

- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers & industry partners.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

6. Regulatory Compliance and Ethical Standards:

- Ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks governing the industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience of 20-22 years

- Present C-suite incumbent in the content/media entertainment or media-tech space

(Marketing, Strategy, Business role would be preferred)

- Master's degree in journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong business & tech (digital) acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

- Has worked in the leadership role at a D2C or a tech-first company

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
