Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing Industry

- Managing and running a manufacturing company involved in Speciality Chemicals;

- With full P&L responsibilities

- Indian and global operations

- Green and brown field expansions

- Strategizing business growth, capex, manpower, sales and procurement

- Preferably a candidate who's worked in a Public Ltd company

Qualifications desired:

- Engineering qualifications like B Tech/M Tech from a premier Institution

- Additional qualifications of MBA from a premier Institution

Work Experience:

- Experience in the manufacturing sector. Preferred specialty chemicals sector.

- International exposure would be an added advantage

- Should have been in Production and /or Sales functions.

- Previous experience as CEO or COO or VP Sales & Operations.

- Technical and commercial knowledge.

- Must have had good achievements in the past

- Good communicator

- Ability to motivate team

- Work with CMD closely, growing the company

- Ability to take a newly listed company into the public domain
