Objective:

- The position ensures to increase both Top-line & Bottom-line. Directs, administers, and coordinates the internal operational activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives of the Company. Supports Board in evolving, implementing and managing business plan with an emphasis on operational, expansion and sales plans.

Key Accountabilities:

- Supporting Board of Directors to Create, Communicate and implement the organizational vision, mission and overall direction.

- Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment.

- Recommends yearly budget for Board approval and prudently manages organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.

- Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.

- Leading the overall development and implementation of operational strategy for all Manufacturing Units / Marketing & Sales & other Support Functions.

- Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs, products and services

- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business growth.

- Oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals and administrating fundraising records and documentation.

- Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.

- Overseeing the complete operation of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans and manages its compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct a strategic review of performance with the Leadership Team on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives (increase in profits, increase in market share, return on investment, etc.).

- Review the operating results of the company and compare them to established objectives and goals, and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.

- Establish and maintain an effective system for continual process development to ensure each department has defined standard operating procedure for smooth functioning including proper allocation responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities.

- Periodically review and check the performance of the Leadership Team and recommend remedial action and improvements.

- Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers markets, new industry developments and standards.

- Creating new business lines and start-ups from scratch.

- Develop future leadership within the organization.

- Building the company into a regional and global player.

- Act as the principal public relations officer of the company and represent them with major customers, government entities, the financial community, and the public.

- Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

Qualification Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Plastic Processing) & Post Graduate in Business Management from Tier-1 & Tier-2 institute.

Preferred Experience 22-25 Years with at least 10 years in the similar role handling multiple verticals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage upper management employees and provide direction at all levels. The position also requires strong decision-making and problem solving skills as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of multiple departments.

Technical Knowledge

- Corporate Strategic Planning -- Short-term and Long-range planning and Budgeting to support strategic business goals.

- Performance Management - drive high level performance in the Company.

- Process Management - establish process & policies to effective run and drive system towards business objectives.

- Acquisition Management - Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.

- Financials - Manage Profit and Loss Account and Cash Flow of the group.
