P&L Management:

- Total P&L Responsibility

- Solution Design Management

- Accurate forecasting of pipeline and revenue from potential customers / leads on a monthly quarterly and annual basis

- Identify new business and revenue opportunities

Business Development:

- Channel Development

- Key Account Management

- New markets / product Development

- New Customer Acquisition.

- Network with the Top Management across verticals to understand Clients requirement & provide best solutions.

(Target Top 500 Companies in India @ Level of CEO/CXO, Director/Head - SCM)

- Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up-selling activities
Work closely with Operations to win new client accounts and maintain and improve client relationships.
Plan, Organize, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new service launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement promotional activity.

- Position the Client as a Differentiated Service Provider in the Market
