Chief Executive Officer - Infrastructure Firm

We are currently retained by leading Infrastructure Company to recruit CEO

Ideal candidate would be who have handled large Projects in roads / highway sector

Role Synopsis as below :

- Identify company's key cost and value drivers and explain their priority / influence on business performance

- Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors

- Partner with high-level officers to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability

- Takes the lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together to reach company goals and by coming up with fresh ideas that will set the company apart from competitors

- Determines the direction of a business by working with upper management and leading team members to create and implement strategies and goals

- Builds a positive and productive culture in the workplace by listening to employee opinions, making adjustments, and recognising the team's accomplishments

- Business Administration & Fund raising: brilliant understanding of Indian infrastructure sector, including investment environment, investment risks and regulatory issues, vast relationships with Government of India, financial institutions and corporate agencies, Ensure that compliance checks and effective financial controls are in place
