Chief Executive Officer - Infrastructure/Cement/Steel Industry (20-30 yrs)

Looking for a CEO who has handled large turnover and managed large P/L. Ideally someone who has managed in Infrastructure, cement, steel or related industries.

KRA's

1. Business Savvy based on strong understanding of investment and market capitalization techniques. An understanding of converting any cash loss (today) investments into a competitive differentiation within 5 years (much like Amazon).

Proven strength in personally negotiating and administering deals as well as having M&A experience.

2. Ability to anchor viable business building blocks within 12 months and thereafter lay out business plan options aligned with aspirations of the owners. Ability to articulate a credible integrated market facing vision connected to business plan and effectively demonstrate roadmap to execute the plan.

3. A deep cognition and demonstrated track record / aptitude to build strategic / tactical alliances and ability to develop an ecosystem (customers, partners, financiers). Demonstrated a growth orientation, risk sharing and very strong understanding of capital recycle.

4. A track record of integrative and systems thinking that enables connecting multiple ports (nodes), to multi modal logistics, to industrial clusters so as to drive differentiation as well continually expand the base for delivering end to end integrated long term contracted services for the customers.

5. Experienced in value and solution selling. Be able to design outcomes mapped into customers' strategy and meeting their future needs. Should have demonstrated

Understanding of digitization and impact of external trends influencing customers and industry, both for opportunities / challenges.

6. A natural affinity for proactively working with various Government agencies across different levels
