Chief Executive Officer - Infrastructure/Building Construction Domain

CEO (Infrastructure company) to be based at Gujarat

- Qualified Civil engineer having around 20 to 25 years of total experience, with atleast 5 years of leadership experience in the Building Construction domain from contracting side. An MBA degree will be an added advantage

- The candidate must have strong past track record of accomplishment and growth as a business leader with P&L responsibility at a well-regarded company

- The candidate must take keen interest with the trends shaping construction and building industry globally and should be able to internalize the same for organizational good

- The candidate must have high level of energy and ambition with strong drive to embrace challenge and grow the company's business.

- The incumbent must have experience of working flat organization

- Responsible to provide strategic and operational leadership for the growth of company in India. Develop and communicate a clear strategic focus for the business.

- Formulation and implementation of Strategic Business Plans for existing business along with an aggressive growth plan.

- Spearheading entire gamut of project sales, multiple site project executions, marketing, business development, operations, finance and human resource functions and scaling it up.

- Instrumental in devising and implementing strategies geared towards the growth of the business in India. Will lead branding and marketing initiatives as well.
