Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The company is prominent in the wellness and luxury hospitality space and backed by a leading private equity firm.

It is in the process of developing a comprehensive platform that offers a wide range of wellness services and merchandise. The primary objective is to capture a significant wellness-oriented portion of the global market. The platform will feature a diverse collection of products, including a combination of in-house offerings and collaborations with external brands.

What to Expect?

- Develop and communicate the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives to guide business growth.

- Utilize a proven record of building 10x-100x revenue growth through direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives in the hospitality space.

- Lead the executive team in formulating and executing strategies to enhance market presence and competitiveness.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.

- Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

- Continuously assess market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

- Analyse and monitor financial performance, and implement corrective measures as required.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all touchpoints and platforms.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry leaders.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the luxury hospitality or resort industry.

- Proficient understanding and highly skilled in D2C formats, with a background in media technology.

- Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.

- In-depth knowledge of the luxury hospitality market and industry trends.

- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.

- Passion for the wellness space and a deep understanding of wellness principles and practices.
