It is a strategic senior role with strong focus on service delivery responsibilities with building and scaling the business. This role is fairly diverse and requires confidence, professionalism and a go -getter attitude. The person will report to the board of the company and responsible to set up and scale the business exponentially.  - Setting up and scaling the home care services business from scratch in accordance with exponential business growth plans  - Building the team of service delivery, sales and marketing, medical officers, IT and support functions etc. to provide services at patients home  - Focus on highest customer satisfaction - on-time service delivery of highest quality  - Set strategic goals/revenue targets and managing P and L for the organization.   - Assign revenue, cost and profit targets to self and team for growing the business.   - Build operational metrics and deliver through team to provide six sigma level service without compromising on scaling of business  - People management, productivity targets, process improvements and ensuring efficient & smooth operations in their respective regions   - Continuously innovate and identifying new initiatives in the market from conceptualization to execution and contribute to the growth of the organization.   - Managing weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reporting and taking responsibility of review with management on business performance   - Hire, develop and retain a high quality team across cities  Desired Profile:  - Candidates with work experience in setting up services business should apply (can be from airline, homecare, hospitality, ecommerce startups, logistic startups etc.)  - Self-driven entrepreneur with ability to take and manage risks  - Ability to create a fast-paced startup organization  - Minimum 10-12 years of work experience  - MBA/B.Tech/CFA from top institutes preferred  - Experience in HealthCare industry is an added plus  - Experience managing a customer service organization is preferred   - Strategic focus with eye for detail  - Should be able to inspire, motivate team to deliver exceptional results  - Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
