- Execute the vision and strategy for the organization, in alignment with business objectives for the commercial team. Responsible for the performance, revenue growth and expansion of the organization in the India Region

- Prioritize key Business objectives and continuous improvement activities.

- Align the sales organization's objectives with the business strategy through active leadership in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, sales analysis, resource planning, and budgeting.

- Develop a sales and business development process and function within ACE Cardiopathy, which is scalable as the company grows

- Develop and deliver annual financial targets and budgets aligned to growth objectives. Manage the sales budget and allocate according to best ROI principle

- Provide overall sales leadership and work closely with the sales team on best practices and industry relations.

- Responsible for key channel partner, KOL program, Institutional sales, end-user relationships and industry associations.

- Execute new product launch plans with the sales team and channel partners that maximize launch revenue

- Closely work with marketing/PM leaders to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and own continuous improvement. Support and contribute to all marketing and branding development activities

- Lead, analyze and monitor market intelligence to enhance targeted sales efforts.

- Set priorities, allocate and realign Resources and priorities with focus on high impact opportunities

- Plan for and serve as moderator at key customer and industry events

- Ensure that new strategic partnership opportunities are developed and proposed, and that existing ones are maintained.

- Identify and provide insights to marketing about trends in patient/ disease management and / or competing technologies that may affect the usage of the products.

- Ensure a compliant and ethical culture within the sales team to promote ACE products and adhere to the highest ethical standard

- Proactive communication within the organization to ensure alignment and on-time delivery of services.

- Conducts regular- quarterly or semi-annual, customer business reviews focused on all relevant projects, objectives, accomplishments and industry updates.

- Develops and cultivates long-term relationships with existing customers to provide ongoing sales.

- Build and cultivate productive relationships with internal and external thought leaders, other clinical stakeholders and colleagues that are essential to the success of ACE Cardiopathy's products and business at large

- Ensure the quality organization is organized and resourced to fulfil its obligations and to comply with applicable regulations and procedures.

- Maintain an influential and effective network and communication with leadership team members for identifying quality improvement opportunities to evaluate, propose and implement new processes and technologies to optimize efficiencies.

- Continuously drive the leadership team in manufacturing, supply chain, sales and support functions to implement performance metrics, best practices, cost improvement programs and successful technology advances.

- Mentor and develop personnel, including dedicated succession planning and contingency management.

- Work with relevant Functional Heads to manage growth and change, develop human capital, and create and maintain a culture of engagement and accountability
