- Candidate should have to report to the chairman or other board of director.

- Candidates should be dynamic persons with zeal to accept challenges to complete projects from concept to commissioning within the time frame with land acquisition.

- Should have to manage all export or import of product and multitasking job in Business development other countries

- Should have to travel globally.

- Marketing traits will be an advantage. Architecture degrees could be accepted in special cases. Eligible candidates be present themselves for interview within two days.

- Manage the management of core operation of company.

- Building and leading the senior executive team.

- Allocating capital to the company's priorities.

- Capital allocation according to Project requirement & CEO will be responsible to answer Share holders & Investors.
