- A hardcore business professional from Food & Beverage background. A proven leader with capability to manage P&L. With more than 20 years of experience.

- Ability to demonstrate true leadership in managing large sales & distribution team in a challenging and competitive environment. "Build and organization" will be the main KRA.

Remuneration should not be a constraint for a right candidate.

- Setting up the entire organisation along with critical functions i.e. sales & marketing, Finance & Commercial, distribution.

- Set up entire system, processes & distribution infrastructure for a start up organization.

- 20 + years of experience out of which 15 years in leadership capacity.
