Qualification : Any Graduate / MBA from premiere institutes between 1985 to 1990 batch,

Location : Kolkata

Responsibilities:

Grow the business profitably through strengthening current Brands, new Product introductions, geographical expansion, suitable manufacturing strategy, improved Human resource quality and policy and other strategies.

- Directly Responsible for Marketing of All Brands of the Consumer Products DIv.

- Directly responsible for achieving the business objectives of sales, distribution, inventory turns and control sales commercials in largely diversified FMCG business. Indirectly responsible and accountable for the delivering the profitability of the business

- Responsible for conceptualizing distribution practices to deliver top-line sales targets

- Responsible for all trade marketing for all channels of sales

- Responsible for delivering superior distribution standards across the country through a mix of innovate and traditional practices

- Played a pivotal role in managing costs across the department by rationalizing distributor, retailer margins and trade schemes to improve both top line and bottom line for the organization

- Coordinated working with marketing department to ensure market shares across shares are delivered as per the objectives set. This includes the entire new product planning process and being a key team member on strategizing on all components of the brand mix

- Closely working with Supply Chain on developing a robust supply chain matrix in order to minimize inventory costs, loss of sales and ensuring high fill rates

- Closely working on developing robust HR practices

Experience:

- 25 - 30 years of experience in marketing & sales out of which 10 - 12 years in personal care, skin care, Health care, FMCG, Food, Beverages or body care products P&L experience is must .
