Incumbent will be responsible for: Directing company operations, short-term & long-term planning, successful execution of business strategies for companies products.

Designation- Chief Executive Officer(CEO)

Experience- 16-25 yrs

Job Description: The CEO's leadership role also entails being ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the Company's long and short term plans. The CEO acts as a direct liaison for the management of the Company.

1. Department handling- supervising all the departments- Marketing/Digital Marketing, Advertisement, Logistics, Purchase, HR, Production, Sales, Exports

2. Budgeting- Setting Budget standards

3. Profitability - identify top performers and low performers, that is not working to a good standard

4. HRD - be in charge of hiring and firing of staff

5. Structure and Performance - make the workplace an inviting place for high performers to feel comfortable in and grow

6. Team Management - leadership skills and hiring a team that will lead the business in the right direction

7. Work Environment - create a motivating workplace for employees to work in

8. Networking - forming partnerships

Experience in a senior most leadership position and having ability to give ideas & implement new aspects.

- Directing company operations, short-term & long-term planning, successful execution of business strategies for companies products.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should be require to handle strong working knowledge of HR & Administration, Budgeting, Sales, Strategic planning, Finance, Marketing & Production. Person should be from Ayurved or FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.

CEO:

- Incumbent will be responsible for: Directing company operations, short-term & long-term planning, successful execution of business strategies for companies products.

We require; MBA Finance or Operations from a reputed institution with minimum 20 years of professional experience of which 5 years in most senior leadership position. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Should be require to handle strong working knowledge of HR & Administration, Budgeting, Sales, Strategic planning, Finance, Marketing & Production. Person should be from Ayurved or FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
