The Role :

- We are looking for a dynamic leader as CEO for a Company headquartered in Chennai.

- The position is on-site based at Chennai.

- The person should currently head a Pan India business in any Services Industry, independently managing large workforce with P & L responsibility.

- He should be currently holding the position as President /COO /Senior Director /Business Head for about 3 years, demonstrating successful annual growth (with annual revenue not less than Rs.1500 crores) with an overall industry experience of 20-25 years.

- The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors, reporting to the MD & Chairman of the Group.

Responsibilities :

- As head of Profit & Loss account, work closely with the management team; provide strategic vision and leadership; set business targets for top-line growth and profitability; create and roll out actionable business plan, review, course correct and achieve results in line with the Vision

- Provide innovative and comprehensive delivery solutions with decisive technological edge - put in place the action plan, and structure the management team aligned with the strategy.

- Create a compelling customer experience strategy; achieve high customer retention through consistent and impactful interactions and customize business models through deep insights and understanding of clients' expectations in different industries.

- Work closely with the management team; provide strategic leadership; put in the best effort to increase people productivity; create a facilitating work environment & high-performance work culture, and endeavour to ensure the sustainability of operations.

- Inspire and energize people and build their capacity enabling them to become performing leaders.

- Develop a talent pipeline, build trust, and create empowered teams that deliver on the commitments exceeding Client expectations.

- Keep well-acquainted with the industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring that the Company remains 2-steps ahead through innovations.

- Foresee near-term and long-term business, operational and financial risks and proactively engage the Board in assessment and mitigation.

The person :

- The role holder should be a Business Management graduate, preferably with an Engineering background.

- Has proven track record as a results-driven Business Leader

- Be able to empathize with people, compassionate and caring

- Speaks both the languages of Business and Technology, connecting the two Worlds to achieve the desired benefits of staying ahead of competitors

- Should have growth mindset and be comfortable with aspirational targets

- Organizes effectively, delegates responsibility, communicates with clarity and solves problems quickly with a logical approach

- Manages time effectively; decides fast and better in situations of uncertainties; and resolves conflicts - both internal and external.
