Our Client is an Internationally renowned EPC Company, specialized in turnkey projects of Transmission Line, Sub-Station, Distribution Line, Generation, OHE-works for Indian Railways and Renewable Energy. It has its Global Presence in Benin, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, India, Mali, Mozambique, Sudan, Togo, Nepal, Burkina Faso, Uganda, Guinea Conakry Zambia, etc. Position: CEO (and Executive Director in the Board) Reports to Owners of the group (International Business House) that owns this company. Experience: 20 - 28 years (Max 50 years of age) Role:- - Lead the EPC Company with global projects in Power Distribution, Substations, Overhead Transmission Lines. - Increase Revenue from present 200 Crores - Lead a team of around 70 permanent plus Contract employees spread across many global sites - The candidate should be able to show strong leadership quality, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills. - He will work with the Board of Directors and ensure that the Company has continuous growth in terms of Turnover and profitability. Candidate Profile - The Candidate should be an Electrical Engineer preferably with a Masters Degree. The expected experience is not less than 20 years with a preferred age of around 45 years or a max of 50 years. - The candidate should have good ability and experience to direct the company's financial matters, including Banking and Taxation. He should be able to arrange additional financial resources as per Company's requirements. - The candidate should depict leadership quality and be known in the Power Industry in India. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively in India and Abroad. Interested candidates strictly from the EPC Sector having worked in the Power Sector domain may only apply.
