Job Description:

As the CEO of the Energy Storage division, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of leading the renewable energy transition. You will oversee all aspects of operations, strategies, and business activities within the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in driving growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring sustainability within the solar or broader renewable energy storage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company's mission and financial objectives within the Energy Storage division.

- Lead research and development efforts to push technological boundaries and maintain a competitive edge in the Energy Storage sector.

- Foster strong partnerships with industry stakeholders and governmental bodies to advocate for the energy storage sector and cultivate new business opportunities.

- Manage the division's financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

- Serve as a compelling spokesperson for the company, representing our commitment to renewable energy at conferences, public forums, and media engagements.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of driving growth, operational efficiency, and innovation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or - related field. Additional qualifications in renewable energy or sustainability are preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
