Looking for a CEO for a Leading Educational Group

Job duties :

Roles, responsibilities, and objectives :

1. Determine, plan, and organize workforce, financial resources, business processes, and management controls to execute programmes and projects to meet short and long-term goals of the organisation as indicated in the business plan.

2. Identify and develop products, services, and capabilities to address market opportunities.

3. Develop policies, methods, and capabilities to stay on course with the trajectory of growth and industry maturity.

4. Prioritize resource allocation, make policy adjustments, and manage capability transformation to uplift organisation capacity, pursue customer breakthrough and market leadership.

5. Set up systems, processes and capabilities for performance management, risk mitigation, operational and reputational excellence.

6. Engage and influence the industry and non-industry establishments to improve the ecosystem, regulations, and policies to set free growth of the industry better than historical benchmarks.

7. Develop organization with differentiated and integrated structure, equip with culture, processes, and capabilities to adopt the organization's purpose, remain resilient to future shocks, and create an ambiance of a great place to work.

8. Adopt methods which would lead the organization to ethical and fair practice, demonstrate through action concern for environment and social responsibility, adhere to the law of the land and set up conditions to implement checks and balances necessary for the continuity and sustainability of the organization in the longer future.

9. Demonstrate responsibility and virtue towards the information and reporting system, and positive regard and inclusivity for the management, employees, partners, and customers of the establishment.

An ideal candidate will have the following experience :

1. A passionate leader with an entrepreneur spirit, who has had management experience in small to mid-size companies.

2. Excited about an opportunity to learn and innovate and build, as the EdTech sector is a very dynamic business which is evolving at pace.

3. Has prior experience in business transformation, building and developing teams and being part of a highly driven global leadership team.

4. High level of stakeholder interaction and ability to collaborate for overall success will be key attribute for this role.

Skills and competencies :

1. Excellent business communication and presentation skills

2. Adept at building trust and gaining commitment from Stakeholders.

3. Strong Business Acumen and decision-making ability

4. Strong project management experience across multiple priorities

5. Global engagement and experience are preferred.
