Description:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in alignment with the mission, vision, and objectives.

- Provide strategic direction to all departments, ensuring coherence and synergy across the organization.

- Lead the development and implementation of innovative financial products and services to meet the evolving needs of the education sector.

Business Development:

- Identify growth opportunities and spearhead business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.

- Foster strategic alliances and partnerships with schools, educational institutes, and other stakeholders to enhance the company's market position.

- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the education NBFC market.

Financial Management:

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the company.

- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, implementing corrective measures as necessary to achieve financial targets.

- Manage capital allocation strategies and investment decisions to optimize returns and mitigate risks.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards governing the operation of NBFCs in the education sector.

- Stay abreast of changes in regulatory landscape and proactively implement necessary measures to maintain compliance and mitigate risks.

Team Leadership and Development:

Profile:

- Proven track record of 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in the education NBFC industry or Education alliances

- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environment in India.

- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver results in a competitive market landscape.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.

- Strategic thinker with a keen analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions and solving complex problems.
