Chief Executive Officer - Education

Job Description :

- Setup overall business strategy with year on year revenue growth supported by strong academics and thus brand building

- Provide leadership in guiding the overall expansion and development of the schools

- Responsible for New Business Development in line with agreed annual business plans in the short-run and long run.

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth of schools

- Overall responsible to drive acquisition of new students and retaining current students to meet set annual revenue and profitability targets

Responsible for P&L :

- Design and implement business operations strategies, plans and procedures.

- Develop business strategy and performance benchmarks and ensure that these are achieved in order to achieve overall business goals.

- Oversees and ensures compliance with educational standards, delivery, and quality of outcomes and services

- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of K-12 education practices and policies within the different states and encourage best practices in the schools at PAN India level

- Ensure enhanced student/parents engagement so to increase retention and accelerate admissions

- Lead funding and development efforts for the institution

- Establish/ensure compliance with policies that promote company culture and vision.

- Recommend yearly budget for Board approval and manage the organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations

- Responsible for Risk analysis and Business continuity management

Key Skills :

- Must have around 20+ years of experience

- Open to travel across various school locations PAN India.

- Must have at least 15 years of experience in the Education industry, preferably with proven skills in designing strategies for business growth and expansion and proven track record in growth and expansion of K12 schools.

- Excellent business acumen including financial management, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance

- Experienced and efficient leader and excellent collaboration and people skills

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with a proven track record.

- Exemplary work ethics

- Should have strong knowledge of Educational Business and K12 segment
