- The selected CEO will also be in charge of both setting the company's broad direction and managing its overall operations. The position entails a high share of accountability, and crucial decisions that could significantly impact the growth company and its employees.

- The CEO will be in charge of providing the appropriate strategic guidance and establishing a vision for all the vertical's development.

- In order to succeed as a CEO,one must be an astute manager and a motivator to succeed. In various situations, the ideal applicant will be business-minded and able to understand the larger picture. He/ She will take measures to improve the cash flow of the business while keeping the role of the workforce in mind.
