Chief Executive Officer - EdTech

We are a Consulting company doing CXO recruitment for US Based PE Funded Education Group entering into the Indian Edtech market.

Job Description :

- Client is looking for various CXO & VP positions to conceptualize the India Entry strategy and put in place scale the venture.

- The person will be responsible for the creation, alignment and execution of strategy across all markets including both organic and inorganic growth

- Conceptualize strategy that improves market share, increases revenue and expand the business

- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth

- Build org effectiveness and efficiency within the organization

- Recruit and Lead the team involved in strategy functions

- Coordinating with management consultants firms for new initiatives and concluding the decision making process

- Perform strategic analysis, structure complex problems, communicate recommendations, and drive outcomes with business and functional stakeholders.

Location : Work from home for next 1-year post which location will be concluded.

Requirement :

Must have an experience of already working with an international education group at mid-senior management positions :

- In education technology vertical of companies like Pearson, McGrawHill, Hughes;

- In online education companies like Udacity, Coursera;

- Experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm in their Education Arm
