Chief Executive Officer - Defense

Role:

- Looking to hire a CEO for a leading a Digital communication system manufacturer in Hyderabad.

- The company is into manufacturing of Defence communication systems, Electro optic product lines along with complex digital radio communication systems.

- The candidate should come with minimum 20 yrs experience in Govt relation management.

- Prior work experience as high rank air force/army and/or proven experience in senior positions (at least VP) in the defence/electronics industry is must for this role.

Skills:

- The candidate should have strong Marketing and sales orientation along with dealing with senior and influential people in purchase department of MOD.

- The incumbent should have high energy and motivation and driven to be involved in building a fast growing company with his/her direction.

- Should have high familiarity with MOD arms and defense industry.

- The candidate needs to represent the organization at larger forum and will be the spoke person of the organization.

- Should and must have govt relationship experience, should be hands on in bid, RFP/RFI management.

- Should have the right combination of representative , authoritarian, high skilled in human relations, stakeholder management (High rank Army / Defence / MOD officers)

- Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together

- Should have solid understanding of production, quality processes of SDR and electro optics products.

- Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction.

- Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace.

Qualifications:

Education- engineering, MBA in Business management- advantage

Min 20 years' experience and min 5 yrs working in capacity of VP and above / CXO level

Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
