CEO - Distribution Company ( New Venture)  The CEO will be responsible for setting up the new business venture which will focus on distribution of products which have high unit margins. The business venture will have a principal to partner agreement with a financial service company which will will allow the venture to tap into the customer base through its distribution channel. The target market is rural & semi urban customers, as reasonable percentage of whom fall under neo-middle class. The role will involve developing an Offline- Online capability primarily through hand held devices, sourcing deals from companies who are into Consumer Durable space & pushing the products through the acquisition channel of the partner firm.  Responsibility :  - Will be responsible for driving the growth of the company on a Pan India  - Design & implement Business plans to achieve budgeted revenue & profits  - Build a focused team for achieving the desired outcome  - Build organization to acquire & sell to a customer base which is independent of the partner entity  - Revolve Deals on a regular basis to ensure variety & choice to target market  - Build business relationships with Consumer Durable Companies & Large Retailer- E-tailers with the aim of sourcing deals which results in a win win for both the target market, acquisition channel & the company.   - Build effective logistics structure, warehousing to cater to supply & returns   - Determine the best structure for sourcing deals which may be a combination of inventory & assignment basis  Experience:  - 15 years of experience in Consumer marketing & sales out of which 10 - 12 years in White Goods/Domestic Appliances, Consumer Electronics/Desktops-Printers-Laptops  People who desire to become Entrepreneurs, who are willing to take the risk of starting something new & have the competency to scale it up & make it successful  Contact - Kalpesh Desai, Managing Partner
