Basic information on the role :  Job Title : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)  Reporting Relationships :   Reporting to : President, Managing Committee  Direct Reportees Head : Operations, Head- Events Management  Number of Direct Reportees : 2  Job Purpose :  - To set the direction for the year, enhance the brand image, and oversee efficient functioning of the Secretariat in line with the strategic direction provided by Managing Committee and its members.   - The purpose of this role is also to act as a representative of the real estate industry at countrywide forums and in domestic industry, and promote the best interests of members of the same  Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role :  - Supervise the activities of the Secretariat, setting the direction for both, the operations as well as the revenue-generating roles  - Facilitate coordination and execution excellence among key roles like Member Management, Events Management, Public Relations and Liaison  - Act as the accountable point of contact for the Managing Committee on all matters  - Ensure smooth coordination between the Managing Committee and the various functions of the Secretariat to ensure that the Committee is relieved of all routine tasks  - Direct the annual functional strategy of the Organisation ensuring alignment with the goals and the best interests of the members  - Enhance profitability and increase revenue from existing and new streams, in coordination with the Events Management and Sales roles  - Oversee the preparation of the annual budget, and ensure allocation of funds within budgetary constraints  - Ensure that all initiatives of are motivated towards adding value to the overall member experience  - Lead and sign off on feasibility studies to explore new value-added services for members to boost their profitability  - Build rapports with key stakeholders at government and regulatory agencies to strengthen the position   - Maintain and enhance the brand equity of Real Estate Industry by acting as a representative at prominent forums and platforms  - Establish SOPs and ensure that day-to-day activities are being carried out in a cost-efficient manner  - Ensure streamlining of processes and efficient performance across all units (e.g. Thane, Navi Mumbai, etc.)  - Lead the exploration of new, innovative revenue streams like sub-unit conferences & training in order to increase revenue  - Focus on cost efficiency and improved profitability in all events  - Lead the development of specialized training programmes for members- employees at all levels in line with industry trends, market insights and the latest technology used world-wide  - Oversee performance reviews, capability building and monitoring of employee satisfaction to ensure high levels of efficiency and growth within the Secretariat  - Sign off on key internal matrices for service delivery in coordination with the Head- Operations  - Ensure compliance to regulatory norms and oversee vendor relations and inventory management to minimize costs  Key Result Areas (To Be finalized) :  - In this section, please mention the indicative role based KRAs.
