Chief Executive Officer

Position: CEO (one of the business' unit for a large conglomerate who have overseas operations in Europe & South East Asia)


This position will report to The Chairman

Brief Job Overview: This position will be responsible to drive the Organization's Business Development strategies and will endeavor to improve the current portfolio and explore new business opportunities in line with Organizational objectives both short term and long term.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience of having worked in the Custody department of Banks and knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and relevant regulations.

- Extensive experience in handling custodial services of Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and in managing their financial assets both physical and virtual formats.

- Experience in managing Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) stakeholders and should have an extensive database of FPI Connects.

- Desire to move up the ladder in terms of cross selling multiple products with specific focus on pitching to Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs).

- Should be keen on working on new initiatives and expanding connects within the Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) circle.

- Team management skills as well as ability to build a sales team from scratch.

- Optimize and fully own the P&L for the various product lines and businesses.

- Market mapping in terms of latest trends, products, activities and best practices.

- Work closely with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments and advise the Board with regard to Investment risks and returns.

Key Requirements for the role:

- MBA or any Post Graduate certification preferably in Finance and Marketing with excellent presentation skills.

- Excellent communicator and articulate pitching expertise. Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility and solution oriented.

- This position will involve travel - both domestic and international.

- Overall experience of 12-15 years in terms of relevance.

- Base of Operation will be Mumbai, India currently. Incumbent should be open to relocate as well in future as per requirements of the profile.
